My goal is to become one of the best and the most effective Natural Medicine Practitioners in Europe by marrying the best of Eastern and Western Medicine. I can definately recommend Harmony Acupuncture for any woman preparing to give birth. I recently used Rachel's services when pregnant with my third child. She was recommended to me as I was 41 and the doctor wanted me to give birth on time. I also wanted to experience an epidural free birth. I started going to Rachel at 36 weeks. After each session I felt my body opening up more. I could really feel the difference when I was doing the spinning baby exercises. The next morning after my third session on week 39 I started gently laboring at home. The baby almost came in the car on the way to the hospital. I had a quick and straight forward delivery without an epidural which is what I wanted. I have two daughters now and I will definately share with them the benefits of acupuncture in pregnancy along with homeopathy. Thank you Rachel for your time, care and expertise. You were a vital part of my support system this time round.
